Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 2nd Annual
Emerging T Cell Engagers
Next-Generation TCEs with Improved Safety and Efficacy
May 10-11, 2027
The 2nd Annual Emerging T Cell Engagers conference will explore the next generation of T cell engagers across oncology, autoimmune disease, and infectious disease. The program will showcase new approaches to improving activity in solid tumors while addressing the challenges of safety, selectivity, and therapeutic durability. Topics will include affinity tuning, conditional activation, logic-gated designs, AI-guided discovery and design, and immune synapse optimization. Dedicated sessions on autoimmune disease will examine emerging targets, strategies to reduce CRS, and T cell engagers designed to achieve sustained immune modulation without the manufacturing complexity of CAR T therapy. The conference will also look beyond conventional CD3 engagement to explore other immune cell platforms with the potential to expand the therapeutic window and reduce cytokine-driven toxicity.
Coverage will include, but is not limited to:
- Next-Generation T Cell Engagers for Solid Tumors
- Affinity tuning, avidity, and synapse geometry
- Conditionally active and logic-gated formats
- Intracellular targets, pMHC, TCR-based engagers
- Beyond CD3 and designing out CRS
- AI-Guided Design and Discovery of Emerging TCEs
- Generative and de novo binder design
- Agentic active learning for multispecific engineering
- ML guided target and antigen selection
- In silico developability and immunogenicity prediction
- TCEs for Autoimmunity and I&I
- Autoimmune TCE mechanisms and target identification
- CD19 BCMA engagers mimicking CAR T
- Clinical evidence and minimizing CRS, neurotoxicity
- Oncology lessons and infectious disease opportunities
- Beyond Traditional T Cells; Immune Cell Engagers
- RNA-encoded and in vivo TCEs
- NK cell engagers, TriKEs
- Gamma delta and myeloid cell engagers
- Novel scaffolds and innate checkpoint integration
The deadline for priority consideration is October 23, 2026.
All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
