Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 17th Annual

Driving Clinical Success in Antibody-Drug Conjugates

From Preclinical Proof to Clinical Promise

May 13-14, 2027

ADCs have moved well past proof-of-concept, and the field's focus has shifted to design: which formats actually earn their added complexity, and how to build in resistance resilience from the start. This track covers the fast-expanding universe of dual-payload, multi-target, and novel MOA conjugates, including antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates, immune-stimulating (ISAC) payloads, and degrader-antibody conjugates, alongside the resistance mechanisms shaping how these next-generation formats are engineered for enhanced safety and reduced toxicity. For discovery, translational, and clinical teams alike, this is the track for benchmarking what's actually working in the clinic versus what's still preclinical promise.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Overcoming ADC Resistance—Mechanisms, Synergy, and Strategy
  • Comparing mAbs, CAR-T cells, TCEs, and ADCs for Cell Depletion in Oncology and Immunology
  • Combinations and Sequencing ADCs with Targeted Agents
  • Clinical Strategy: Dose Optimization, Combinability, and First-Line Conversion
  • Targets and Payloads:
    • Novel/Emerging ADC Targets
    • Dual Targets
    • Multi Payloads
    • Dual Targets, Dual Payloads
  • Novel MOAs and Alternative Platforms:
    • Conditionally Active/Masked ADCs
    • Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOCs) and Nucleic-Acid Payloads
    • Immune-Stimulating Antibody Conjugates (ISACs)
    • Degrader-Antibody Conjugates
    • Peptide-Drug Conjugates and Radioimmunoconjugates

The deadline for priority consideration is October 23, 2026.

All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
