Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 3rd Annual
Predicting Immunogenicity with AI and ML Tools
Advancing Biotherapeutic Design through Predictive and Generative Models
May 11-12, 2027
As biotherapeutics become increasingly complex, the ability to predict and mitigate immunogenicity remains critical to successful drug development. Advances in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and immune-system modeling are enabling more integrated assessments of molecular, mechanistic, and clinical risk factors. Emerging approaches combine T cell and B cell epitope prediction, structural analysis, clinical datasets, and generative protein design to identify liabilities earlier and engineer safer, more developable molecules. Join leading industry and academic experts at Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 3rd Annual Predicting Immunogenicity with AI and ML Tools conference to explore the latest computational strategies for improving risk prediction, informing candidate selection, and designing biotherapeutics with reduced immunogenicity.
Coverage will include, but is not limited to:
- Applying AI, machine learning, and deep learning to predict and mitigate immunogenicity
- Improving T cell and B cell epitope prediction through sequence, structure, and immune-receptor-based approaches
- Building standardized, high-quality preclinical and clinical datasets for interpretable, multivariable risk models
- Integrating molecular, mechanistic, patient, disease, and treatment-related factors into clinical immunogenicity prediction
- Applying AI strategies to new modalities including Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs), Antibody–Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOCs), bispecifics, AAVs, vaccines, and cell & gene therapies
- Incorporating in silico risk assessment and mitigation earlier in drug design and candidate selection
- Combining immunogenicity and developability assessments to support multi-objective optimization of biotherapeutics
- Leveraging generative AI and de novo protein design to create low-immunogenicity antibodies, enzymes, and novel protein therapeutics
- Using quantitative and mechanistic immune-system models to understand immunogenicity across biotherapeutics
- Improving model validation, explainability, and experimental translation to support regulatory confidence and development decisions
The deadline for priority consideration is October 23, 2026.
All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
